(Photo by Piyarach Chongcharoen)KANCHANABURI -- Three people were killed and three others injured when two pickup trucks collided head-on in Sai Yok district on Thursday morning, police said. The crash occurred about 10am at kilometre marker 93 on Highway 323 (Kanchaburi - Sai Yok) near Ban Phlu Mai Daeng in tambon Sing. It involved a Toyota Tiger travelling from Sai Yok district to Kanchaburi and a Toyota Vigo heading for Sai Yok from Kanchanaburi. The Toyota Vigo's driver, Santi Kachayut, 30, and two women -- Ubonwanna Phoemnam, 44, and Sod Phoemnam, 69 -- were injured.
